To get the most out of your first coaching session, I strongly recommend starting with a VOD review. This approach requires some preparation on your part but ensures that our session is as productive and worthwhile as possible.
Here’s what you’ll need to do: Record 3-4 of your games from your point of view, meaning I can see your gold values and any times you press tab etc-essentially, a live recording. Once you’ve selected the best recordings, upload them to YouTube, and we’ll be ready to begin.
The reason I recommend VOD sessions over live games is simple: you get to choose the footage, ensuring that the quality of the game is high and relevant to what you want to focus on. Generally I recommend to start our first session to dive into the laning phase

After getting coached by Alois theres a few things i noticed. First one is that me and him share a lot of ideas and view the game very similar. Secondly he is very knowledgeable about laning phase and early game. Thirdly and probably most important is that he can explain his ideas very well so it was easy to keep up with what he was trying to explain.

It's not often you meet a player that classifies himself as a one-trick but has professional player level knowledge of matchups, champions and just the way the lane functions.
